Information we collect - Account and organisation data, and the governance data your organisation enters (projects, risks, budgets, and similar records). - Contact details you submit through a demo request or signup -- name, work email, company, and anything you tell us in a message field. - Standard web analytics (pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP). How we use it To operate and improve the Vantayre application for customers, respond to enquiries, and communicate about your account. We do not sell personal information. Third-party processors We use infrastructure and service providers to operate Vantayre, including a database and authentication provider, an email delivery provider, and an AI provider for the platform's AI intelligence features. Data processed by these providers is subject to their own security practices and our agreements with them.
